R4 is working with an independent Estate Agency in Bishops Waltham and together we are recruiting for a Branch Administrator.

The Administrator will be the first point of contact for all clients coming into the office and also over the telephone. You will undertake all Administration duties on behalf of the Sales Negs and Director.

Duties will invoice typing of marketing particulars, updating client files, sales progression, booking and confirming valuations and viewings together with general ad hoc tasks.

The successful Administrator will ideally come from an Estate Agency background. My client is willing to consider full or part time, and hours will generally be carried out between Monday and Friday.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience, however between £17-16000 per annum should be expected. Parking is provided.
