Novus Associates are currently recruiting a BPM Technical Analyst/Consultant for an industry leading provider of BPM software and solutions globally.
COMPANY
A privately-owned Business Process Management (BPM) software company headquartered in the UK, my client is a BPM leader, delivering solutions for enterprise customers across all industries worldwide.
Working with global brands like Adidas, BAE Systems, GE, KPMG, L’Oreal, Mars and Santander etc., 100’s of organisations globally have selected my clients software to model and automate their business processes.
THE ROLE
Working with a large, talented, global team and with end-to-end responsibility whilst working across various vertical markets, your responsibilities as BPM Technical Analyst/Consultant will include but not be limited to the following:
Purpose of the role:

Leading BPM projects from a technical perspective

Liaising with IT and development teams
-
Collaborating with Process Consultants to transform captured requirements into automated solutions using a BPM Suite
-
Designing process flows, data structures, business logic and user interfaces
-
Integrating solutions with 3rd party and legacy systems
-
Testing developed solutions for conformance with requirements
-
Defining standards and methods for BPMs process implementation
Key tasks and accountabilities:

Providing technical input into requirements for “To Be” processes, including process design, data models, business rules, management information

Creation of automated workflow solutions using a BPMs
-
Acting as interface between BPM team and technology areas (IT, Development)
-
Testing and rollout of redesigned processes and solutions
-
Documenting and maintaining the methods for BPMs process implementation
-
Mentoring of BPM team members
-
Training the client vs. the BPM solution
-
Providing support services to the client
This is a work from home role and consequently, candidates can be located anywhere in the UK or, if located in Spain, Madrid!
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Ideal candidates for the BPM Technical Analyst/Consultant role will have the following experience and skills:

Process and data modelling
-
User interface design
-
BPMs integration using web services and proprietary interfaces
-
Good analytical and problem solving skills
-
Strong leadership skills
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to build strong internal relationships
-
Ability to communicate complex concepts to audiences at all levels
-
Strong knowledge of C# and Javascript
-
SQL Server or Oracle database
-
Internet information server
-
Business Vocabulary and Rules
-
Business Activity Monitoring and analytics
-
Data modelling
-
SOA
-
Enterprise architecture concepts
-
XML; Xpath
-
Recognized process improvement methods e.g. lean/six sigma
-
Degree in Computer or Industrial Engineering preferred

Languages a distinct advantage
Must hold a European Union passport and be happy with upto 50% global travel with trips of up to 3 months in duration!
BENEFITS PACKAGE

Salary – £54,000 – £78,000 per annum, depending upon experience

Bonus 10% per year
