Account Director Barcelona – Healthcare Advertising Agency

This is a massively important position working in the Barcelona office of a huge global New York based healthcare advertising network. They are looking for an exceptional Account Director with solid advertising experience gained from within an ethical healthcare communications agency to work in their Barcelona office.

This Account Director will possess the vision and drive to lead the account handling team to the next level; this is somebody who realises the power and importance of market shaping in the marketing mix, and be excited by it. In other words we’re looking for someone with energy who’s keen to make a mark on this client’s business. The likely candidate will be able to demonstrate success in leading a team in a number of successful client-facing environments including strategising for new business opportunities; running pitches and presentations; recruiting and mentoring new staff; and an understanding of European healthcare regulatory practices.

We’re looking for an experienced, top healthcare agency Account Director who is capable of leading a team into the next stage of its development. An above average package is available, including a highly competitive salary, bonus, private healthcare and company pension. Knowledge of Spanish would be useful, but is not essential.
