1st line/2nd line Support Analyst/ Helpdesk Analyst

My client a reputable market leader requires an experience 1st/2nd line Support Analyst to start immediately. The IT helpdesk analyst will have experience of first and some second line support for the following technologies;

  • Windows Active Directory
  • Microsoft Windows.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Microsoft Exchange.

Some aspects of basic hardware troubleshooting for the following:

  • PC’s and Laptops.
  • Laser Printers.
  • Network Cat 5 Cabling Systems.

My client is interview early next week so to avoid disappointment.
