Assistant Analyst – Transfer Pricing

POSITION

OVERVIEW

Our European Finance department has a requirement for an Assistant Analyst to join their Transfer pricing team to take responsibility for day to day transfer pricing activities and month end processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
*Under general supervision, the Assistant Analyst will be responsible for various Transfer Pricing activities using established internal processes and procedures.
*Play a key role in the month end process to ensure Transfer Pricing tasks are being completed to a very high standard and in a timely manner.
*Provide high levels of internal customer service across the European business.
*Assist in driving process improvements; provide day to day support to the Transfer Pricing Manager; and prepare analysis as requested for Transfer Pricing queries.

APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS

KNOWLEDGE
*Previous experience in Transfer Pricing, Tax, or Accounting would be advantageous but not essential.
*Previous time spent working within a Finance department, roles such as analyst or finance assistant would be preferable.
*Knowledge of Oracle and Discoverer would be advantageous but not essential.

SKILLS
*Candidates should be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills
*Advanced knowledge of Excel.
*Experience with Microsoft Office is essential

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
*Degree level or equivalent with relevant work experience
*AAT advantageous but not essential
