We are currently seeking 4 Accident Assist Call Handlers to join one of our clients based in Tunbridge Wells. This role is temp – perm.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, between 8 am – 6.00 pm Monday to Saturday, weekend work rotational shift pattern

Remote working, then you would be expected to go into the office 2/3 days per week.

You will be predominately making outbound calls with suppliers to ensure they are managing customers claim within the agreed service level agreements. You will also be liaising with third party insurers to confirm liability and to chase payments from them in respect of settlement of total loss claims. There will also be an administration element to the role in respect of paying hire invoices and data input into our claims system in order to drive claim milestones and activity.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent administrative experience
  • A drive to deliver the right solution for the customer and our business
  • Has excellent customer service experience and ability to manage expectations effectively
  • Ability to utilise qualities such as empathy, tact, assertiveness, and diplomacy when talking to our customers
  • Positive and self-confident approach when dealing with customers
  • Can think clearly and calmly under pressure
