The Role : Selling washroom and waste removal contracts to commercial and industrial end users in the Midlands area. You will be dealing with Facilities Managers, Estates Managers and Managing Directors, building relationships and closing deals for 12 months – 5 year contracts. There is a mix of new and existing business on the territory but your cold calling and closing skills will be crucial to the success of the role.

The Candidate: Will come from a new business sales background. You will be used to high activity sales; be independent and confident in booking your own appointments and closing new deals on a weekly basis. Ideally you will come from a background in contract sales but any business development background will be considered.

The Company: is a long standing, respected provider of waste management solutions. They are extremely competitive in their market and win a lot of business from their larger competitors because of their customer service levels and because they care more. It is a very exciting time to join as the sales team is being expanded in order to increase the company turnover and then split to become more specialised in the medical and commercial sectors. This will lead to further opportunities into man mangement and specialist fields.

The Package: £29,400 basic

£12,000 – £18,000 OTE
