We are delighted to announce we have an exciting opportunity available for an Account Implementation Support Administrator. As part of the part of the European Sales Support Team, this dynamic and fast-paced role will be key to the continued evolution and growth of our business across Europe and will be working closely with both our Enterprise owned and Franchise Sales Teams.
We are the main administrative support team to our Sales Teams in regard to setting up new business accounts as well as helping to maintain our existing customers’ accounts. The successful candidate will be working as part of the team to ensure daily deadlines and goals are met across a variety of tasks, using multiple internal systems.
This role involves working alongside the Sales Support and Implementation Teams across Europe and North America to set up Account Profiles and load Rental Pricing to help provide an excellent journey for our customers.
ABOUT THE TEAM
AIS Team are part of the European Sales Support Team who support Sales in ensuring new and existing business accounts are implemented efficiently into our internal rental systems in accordance with their Contractual Agreements. We also work very closely with the Information Management Teams in St Louis and Sales Support teams in North America in ensuring global rate integrity and efficiencies across all of the Enterprise Holdings brands in our internal pricing systems. We support all lines of business: Business Rental (public and private sector organizations), Replacement (Insurance, manufacturer and breakdown assistance), TMC, Affinity and Leisure and Car Club.
Responsibilities
- Working as part of a team to meet daily deadlines and targets
- Creating and maintaining account profiles in Account Maintenance
- Loading contract rates in accordance with contractual agreements and rate integrity across all of the Enterprise Holdings brands
- Using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage your workload
- Working in a shared workflow with Sales Support teams in St Louis and Tulsa
- Ensure best practices and efficient process of Account number set up for new daily rental Business Accounts across all business lines
- Ownership and involvement in large global pricing and account number set up projects
- Providing support to our European Sales Teams
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good IT understanding (systems, Microsoft Office)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under strict deadlines
- Ability to network and build relationships with both internal and external customers
