Accounts Administrator
Job Description

I am looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Administrator to work for my client based in York City Centre.
Working full time hours on a long term temporary assignment, I am looking for someone who can start ASAP.
Daily duties include;
-Filing, scanning & organising documents
-Incoming and Outgoing post (daily)
-Liaising with various authorities on behalf of the company
-Help with customer queries
-Telephone and email enquiries
-Ordering and maintaining stationary and other office supplies
-Requesting settlements, requesting clearances, sending clearances
-PDQ slip processing (Daily)
-Post Office run/Cheque banking on a Monday morning
-Posting cheques/logging onto CashBook
-Refund payments
-Chasing invoices in house using the log
– Various other admin duties
