£35-40 OTE

Interaction Recruitment are currently representing a well known Insurance Broker in central Southampton who due to growth are looking to recruit a new Account Manager to join their successful team.

You will be responsible for your own client portfolio and as a Account Manager you will be targeted on growth and expected to cross sell additional products when ever possible.

Duties will include:

-Discussing renewals and obtaining relative quote from Insurers over the phone

-Building successful relationships with clients and Insurance Providers

-Handling client queries and claims

– Mid term adjustments

-Updating client records and membership forms at review and inception

-Undertake Insurance training to understand individual products so clients get the best products at value

-General Administration and keeping the CRM system updated with all records

Experience:

In order to be considered for this position you will have previous experience of working within the Insurance or Financial Services Industry.

Excellent Customer Service/Account Management experience

Confident with Microsoft office
