- Salary: £20k +OTE

Account Manager:
- Maybe you’ve worked as an account manager previously?
- Do you pride yourself on having outstanding customer services skills?
- Are you familiar with managing accounts to customers by phone and email?
- Are you a confident, outgoing individual with a good sense of humour?
- Are you used to resolving customer queries quickly and effectively?

Job Role:
The main purpose of the desk based Account Manager is part of the Account Management function for our client. It will be your responsibility to ensure all accounts are allocated and realising the full benefit of our clients membership and that they are also happy and contributing profitably to the business, ensuring that all contracts are managed by our client.
Job Duties:
- Day to day account management of allocated customers by phone and e-mail
- Ensure all relevant services are in contract and managed by our client where possible.
- Resolve customer queries and issues quickly and effectively
- Conduct regular telephone reviews with the main contact where appropriate
- Arrange annual review visits for a field based Account Manager if appropriate
- Supply analyses identifying the savings found across a number of products and services
- Manage and monitor the implementation of agreed savings
- Encourage the member to upgrade to more comprehensive membership if appropriate
- Maximise customer savings and our clients revenue from member accounts.
Requirements:
- You will be working as part of a team of three, including a Team Manager, but with your own allocated accounts.
- The person must be experienced in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers via the telephone and by e-mail
- You’ll have the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively
- You will possess good numeracy skills (mental arithmetic and with calculator)
- Being computer literate, along with being experienced in using Outlook, Word and Excel is also essential.
- Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Dynamics and CRM is desirable.
