IT/AV Support – Windows 7 / Office 2010 / Audio Visual
My educational sector client is in urgent need of an IT support technician to cover a busy 1st and 2nd line support role with both IT and AV equipment. You will have worked with and supported Windows 7, MS Office 2010 and general OS user issues along with Crestron or Extron technologies. Strong candidates will have worked with Active directoy. You will have excellent communication skills and a strong troubleshooting ability.
