You will work largely independently as Account Director on a range of clients from various sectors, with a strong emphasis on digital projects ranging from lead generation to websites, apps and online systems.
There will be international opportunities, including the Middle East and possibly the Far East. Experience in working with Arabic clients would be an advantage, but is not a prerequisite.
You will develop and run the day to day relationships and delivery of projects with major clients, lead and make a major contributions to the ongoing planning and strategy for those clients, and support the Directors and Creative Director in the efficient running of the accounts.
Typically the work involves the development and delivery of marketing campaigns, brand development, web, mobile and social sites, digital systems, exhibitions, lead generation and marcomms collaterals. In the execution of your role, you will be expected to:
- • Proactively plan and create proposals, develop and evolve strategy and persuasively sell in to clients through a thorough understanding of the client, its business, market and media dynamics. Be marketing savvy, both online and offline and have the ability to sell ideas and plans
- • Provide analytical and insightful recommendations to clients and team. This is a continual need and should be seen as an important role in client development
- • Work with 3rd party specialists such as media, data and research in order to deliver coordinated plans and campaigns
- • Create contact reports, estimates, timing plans and all other project related documentation, as needed
- • Effectively communicate daily campaign performance
- • Analyse results, identify and give reason for variance from goals
- • Work as a part of a team, contributing and sharing best practice / knowledge / resources and ideas

We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial, bright, confident and accomplished Account Director to develop and grow business within our portfolio. You may already be an Account Director, or a Senior Account Manager looking for your next move.
You will:
- • Have agency experience, ideally with b2b clients. Advantageous if worked with clients in the middle east.
- • Full understanding of both on and offline communications and the processes involved
- • Ability to apply numerical skills to analyse data, interpret facts and figures presented in the form of statistical tables and diagrams, think critically and check for errors
