Assistant Financial Accountant

Our client are looking for an Assistant Financial Accountant for their growing Finance team. This established company in Kettering are looking for an Assistant Financial Accountant to undertake the following responsibilities:

• Supporting the Group Reporting Accountant in preparing the monthly figures
• Submitting these reports to Senior Managers globally
• Balance sheet reconciliations and analysis
• Ad hoc projects and dealing with queries as necessary
• Maintaining controls over the reporting strategies and implementing change where required
• Working with the Financial Accountant to support compliance and reporting
• Preparing relevant documentation

The following criteria is ESSENTIAL:

• Part or Newly Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
• Previous experience in audit
• The ability to use vlookups and pivot tables on Excel
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• The ability to work to deadlines
