This is a great opportunity for an experienced Account Executive, or client facing Account Manager, to join a specialist agency based in Cambridgeshire. The agency is easily accessible from Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and parts of Northamptonshire.
Our client is an energetic and innovative communications agency housed with creative people who are producing effective communications in 3 areas: corporate responsibility and reporting, branding and marketing and the public sector. They work with national and international brands across a wide variety of sectors, so plenty of variety within their specialist field.
As strategic thinkers they have demonstrable expertise in the changing landscape of corporate responsibility (CR), corporate reporting and stakeholder communications. They work closely with their clients on a broad spectrum of CR reports and communication campaigns across print, web and other media. They also deliver annual reports and are working with their clients in the move towards integrated reporting and tablet-based communications.
They are now looking for an Account Manager to join them. You don’t need to have experience in their specialist areas at all so please keep reading! By far the most important criteria is your agency background and ability to manage clients and projects brilliantly, whatever the nature! The ideal would be someone with agency experience across on and off line, however, they will look at client side experience as long as you understand agency ways of working!!
The ideal candidate for this Account Manager role will be:
- Knowledgeable in the production of printed and online communications
- Competent at producing cost estimates, schedules and managing projects
- Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Used to dealing with creative and studio teams
- Eloquent and able to present themselves well as you will lead the Account Manager element of the projects along side the Account Director
- Able to build strong and lasting relationships with external and internal clients
- Be an ambassador for the agency!
You will have worked for 2-3 years in a creative environment, have exceptional interpersonal skills and great enthusiasm for your career.
