Due to an increase in work this leading Microsoft Gold Partner certified service provider, who have been established for over 25 years, is currently looking for a 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer to provide a high quality response and excellent customer service to its list of long standing clients.
You will be the escalation point of contact for support queries and troubleshooting them accordingly. You will help improve systems, procedures through builds, configuration and installation and document your solutions for internal and client use.
You will need to be a confident communicator who is proactive and well organised. You should have a passion for technology and be interested in keeping up to date with current trends and continue studying to work towards additional qualifications.
Ideally you will have at least 2-3 years of experience in a client facing support capacity and hold at least three MCPs relating to desktop support.
You will be working with Microsoft packages including Windows 8, Office 2013 and Office365 as well as Blackberry and Apple devices as well as Windows Server 2012, Exchange Server 2013, Antivirus software, Firewalls with Cisco and SonicWall and also Hyper-V

This is a permanent position based in Central London paying up to £38k +benefits.
