Accounts Payable Manager

The Accounts Payable Manager will be managing a team of 8 Accounts Payable Clerks and report into the Financial Controller.

Duties include:

– Supervising a team of 8
– Management of the Accounts Payable team to ensure payments are made in a timely manner
– Dealing with escalated queries from suppliers and other departments
– Using SAP system
– Ongoing process improvement
– Review of the bank reconciliation
– Preparation of VAT returns
– Review of expense claims
– Review of intercompany and fixed asset reconciliations

Person specification:

– Experience managing an Accounts Payable team
– Strong MS Excel Skills and computer literate on Outlook
– Organised and demonstrable time management skills
– Confident and articulate & clear communicator
