We are currently recruiting for a Portuguese speaking ticketing representative to join our client in Cheadle on a contract until September 2014 working on the 2014 FIFA world cup in Brazil.
The Role
- Working closely with FIFA and the local organising committee, providing them with first class customer service
- Dealing with there general enquiries in regards to tickets, accommodation and transport
- Providing a consultancy service on the event logistics, sales and marketing to the organising committee
- Assuring compliance to Ticketing Policies and Regulations
- Liaising with clients in Portuguese or English
- Monitor and manage the ticket quota allocated
- Manage the relationship between the FIFA ticketing office and the local organising committee by email, telephone and the bespoke ticketing system
Skills and Experience
- Fluent in Portuguese language
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Flexible with working hours as the event gets closer
- Flexibility to travel oversees if required
- Computer literate with ability to pick up new systems
The Benefits
- £21,600 per annum
- 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday
