We are currently recruiting for a Portuguese speaking ticketing representative to join our client in Cheadle on a contract until September 2014 working on the 2014 FIFA world cup in Brazil.

The Role

  • Working closely with FIFA and the local organising committee, providing them with first class customer service
  • Dealing with there general enquiries in regards to tickets, accommodation and transport
  • Providing a consultancy service on the event logistics, sales and marketing to the organising committee
  • Assuring compliance to Ticketing Policies and Regulations
  • Liaising with clients in Portuguese or English
  • Monitor and manage the ticket quota allocated
  • Manage the relationship between the FIFA ticketing office and the local organising committee by email, telephone and the bespoke ticketing system

Skills and Experience

  • Fluent in Portuguese language
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
  • Flexible with working hours as the event gets closer
  • Flexibility to travel oversees if required
  • Computer literate with ability to pick up new systems

The Benefits

  • £21,600 per annum
  • 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday
