Blue Apple Catering are an Independant Contract Caterer with their Head Office based in Wokingham. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our friendly team.
This role will emcompass the following duties:
- Checking and exporting weekly sales and purchasing summaries
- Recording and reconciling PDQ/unit banking
- Dealing with cash collections and associated enquiries
- Month end accruals
- Supporting the companies Operations team
- Supporting the companies Unit managers and New Manager system training
- Use of IndiCater – Accounts system
Personal attributes
- Previous relevant Contract Catering accounts experience desirable, but not essential
- Great eye for detial
- Strength in interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
Monday – Friday
37.5 hrs per week
