Behaviour Advisor / Counsellor

An exciting opportunity to join a superb company within the financial services industry now seeking a Behaviour Advisor/Counsellor.

This is a full time, permanent role based in Leatherhead, Surrey paying £22 – £26k depending on skills and experience.

The main duties of the Behaviour Advisor/Counsellor:

• Investigate customers behaviours

• Determine what communication is required based on customer experience

• Contact individuals

• Conduct telephone based feedback

• Coach young adults and possibly their parents

• Document all customer interaction

• Measure success through improved performance

• Monitor individual customer behaviour as appropriate and track outcomes

• Share outcomes with the business

• Work with the business to continuously develop / evolve customer contact strategy

• Stay up to date of relevant research on individuals behaviour to the team and incorporate as relevant into the role and customer interaction

To be successful as the Behaviour Advisor / Counsellor:

• Have a background in psychology or counselling

• Have experience in a telephone based counselling or advisory role

• Held a full UK driving licence for a minimum of 3 years
