Behaviour Support Workers urgently required in Wakefield

Principal Resourcing are currently working with a specialist SEN school/unit who provides education to pupils with behavioural, social and emotional needs. They are responsible for helping pupils integrate into mainstream school by providing an innovation, high quality learning environment whilst actively engaging pupils by making learning enjoyable.

They require Behaviour Support Workers who hold an up to date team teach accreditation. You will be required to work with small groups delivering the curriculum to a high standard taking into considering a diverse range of complex needs.

The successful candidate will be team teach trained and will have experience in a similar role. Strong behaviour management is essential and you will be a patient but hands on, proactive individual.
