Our client is an international healthcare company with customers across the UK and Europe. An opportunity has now arisen for an Administrator to join their team on a part-time, six-month contract basis.
As an Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a first class level of service to patients within one of our client’s busy clinics.
Reporting to the Office Manager, you’ll update our client’s computerised management system with new patients from clinic lists and requisition forms. You’ll raise purchase orders, book in deliveries of our client’s orthotic products and prepare the clinic for the Orthotists.
Additionally, you’ll ensure that the correct orthotic appliance is allocated to each patient on the computerised management system and handle any patient queries in a timely manner.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
– Proven administration experience
– Strong IT skills
As an Administrator, you must have first class communication skills, a professional telephone manner and excellent organisational abilities. Self-motivated and proactive, you must also have the ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload effectively.
