AREA MANAGER – SOUTH YORKSHIRE / HUMBERSIDE
Salary up to £48,000 + – Plus Bonus, laptop, mobile, company car

Due to our continued expansion we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Area Manager to join our South Yorkshire operation.
As an Area Manager you will have the ability to lead a successful team and a proven track record of high achievement.
You will be expected to develop and grow your team to make your area the best it can be! B&M is all about energy and we expect all employees to be at the forefront for driving new ideas!
Area Manager – Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be:-
– An inspirational and motivational leader who can communicate well across all levels of the business
– Commercially aware, you will be targeted on the financial performance of your region, managing KPI’s and compliance of your stores.
– Have a proven track record as an Area Manager in a fast paced retail environment
– Have experience in managing 10+ stores
– Passionate about our brand and store environment
– Excited by the challenges that retail throws at you every day!
