15 X Temporary Payroll Administrators

NSTR LIMITED
International SaaS organisation require 15 Payroll Administrators to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis (temporary for 3 months).
This is a fully-remote vacancy.
Reporting to the Payroll Supervisor, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of clients payroll across weekly, fortnightly, lunar and monthly pay frequencies.
Responsibilities
- Setting up new starters and processing leavers
- Processing weekly, fortnightly, four weekly and monthly payroll
- Calculating statutory payments and deductions
- Processing auto-enrolment pension and liaising with pension providers
- Managing HMRC correspondence
- Processing P11Ds
Experience Required
- Previous experience in payroll, either processing client’s payrolls or high-volume in-house payrolls
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation
- Ability to manually calculate payslips
- Exposure to Year End processing, including P11Ds, is advantageous
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong systems skills
