This is a high profile Account Director role within this leading International Marketing, Events and Performance Improvement Company. You will be the responsible owner for the client relationship. Managing creative strategic campaigns and leading a team of Account Managers and Executives. If you have significant experience as an Account Director or Senior Account Manager with a Creative/ Marketing Agency environment and experience in Performance Improvement, Events Management, Employee Engagement Loyalty Programmes, then this is an ideal role for you
Managing high profile Client Programmes you will be responsible for delivering targeted GP growth by driving business growth in dedicated accounts. You will take responsibility for strategic planning, proactive in providing creative performance improvement, employee engagement solutions and through leadership as a subject matter expert
You will need to be someone that has a proven track record in client account management within creative agency environment and significant experience in Performance Improvement, employee engagement programmes, or customer loyalty programmes.
Show competency in client relationships at Senior Manager, Director Level, and CEO level. You must display high levels of confidence with excellent communication and presentation skills and a very strong influencer as well as a team player as you will be joining a highly motivated team environment.
