High profile insurance brokerage has an exciting opening for an Account Director within one of its specialist commercial divisions.
This company is going from strength to strength and holds a large market share in this particular sector.
In this home-based role, you will be allocated a portfolio of circa 35 commercial/ corporate clients to retain and develop. You will be responsible for ensuring that all clients have adequate cover, which is likely to include Commercial Property, EL & PL, Motor Fleet, Management Liabilities, Fidelity and Crime. You will hold impressive meetings with Directors and CEOs, conducting effective tender presentations and renewal negotiations, whilst nurturing strong working relationships. A key part of the role will also be to identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant products and services. You will be supported by one of the top broking teams in the industry, and have access to a range of specialist markets.
It is essential that you have a strong understanding of the main classes of commercial insurance, together with polished communication skills and a real sense of gravitas. Whilst you will be servicing clients, my client seeks someone who is very proactive in terms of developing new business from existing relationships.
The company is flexible on the location of the candidate and can allocate clients accordingly.
You will be rewarded with an attractive basic salary up to £60K, plus a car allowance and comprehensive range of company benefits.
