Accountable Recruitment are working with a growing organisation who are experiencing a period of growth and are looking for an Accounts Assistant on a 12 Months’ FTC basis.
Reporting into the Finance Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the bank accounts are reconciled and all invoices are processed accurately.
Key day to day duties include:
– Bank reconciliations
– Managing an aspect of the purchase ledger
– Matching, batching and coding of invoices
– Reconciling supplier statements
– Making BACS payments.
