SRGEurope is looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager for a leading online gaming business which is an exciting time to join, due to ambitious growth plans. Our client is a well known brand with an international presence, they are offering an experienced Affiliate candidate the opportunity to work within their high calibre and talented Marketing function.

Senior Affiliate Manager (Bingo) – Key Accountabilities:

The main focus will be on their Bingo gaming product, and will involve identifying potential new Affiliate partners, promoting our industry leading Affiliate program to them, and effectively managing the on-going relationship with existing partners.

• Developing and pro-actively managing a portfolio of client affiliate marketing programs

• Acquisition, retention and activation of new affiliates and partnerships

• Negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements with all partners

• Identifying new business opportunities / partnerships

• Analysis of campaigns, reporting ROI results and devising strategies

• Monitoring and analysing results of all campaigns

• Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships

• Proactively managing the online Affiliate marketing budget including accurate cost forecasting, target payback period and theoretical return

• Developing and maintaining market leading industry knowledge of Affiliate marketing to assist with delivering a top level service

• Creating and owning regular business level reporting around core KPIs to ensure optimisation of performance

Affiliate Manager (Bingo) – Essential Criteria:

• Solid experience of Affiliate Marketing

• Extensive experience of campaign optimisation

• Ability to prove a track record of success at ROI level

• In-depth knowledge of the Bingo industry including commercial understanding of how to generate and retain profitable players

• Well networked in the Bingo Affiliate industry

• Proven planning and organisational skills

Desirable Criteria:

• Previous online media buying experience

• Experience with CPA (Cost Per Action), CPC (Cost-Per-Click )and CPM (Cost-Per-Mill) and Revenue share payment models
