Job Title: Administrator

Location: Bournemouth Town Centre

Salary: £18,000 + great benefits

Start date: 1st February 2014

Our client is seeking an experienced PA/Administrator to start February 1st 2014. You will be dealing with a wide variety of company tasks in a small team working directly with the Directors and Senior Managers.

Key duties will include:

  • Undertaking administrative duties including filing, scanning, minute taking, driving recruitment, co-ordinating mail outs, collating basic reports, booking meetings, handling post and more.
  • Responsible for creating and administering contracts using templates.
  • Responding to queries from colleagues and external partners recipients by telephone, letter or email.
  • Keeping company spreadsheets maintained with accurate and up to date information.
  • Assisting customer services by performing overflow functions.
  • Taking accurate messages for members of staff.
  • Dealing with enquiries from professionals as they arise.
  • Managing electronic and paper filing systems including archiving.
  • Responsible for keeping files secure.
  • Handling payroll.

Experience: You must be able to demonstrate evidence of the following skills:

  • Great communication skills.
  • Good working Knowledge of IT Systems – Windows based applications.
  • Ability to prioritise workload.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience in working in a team and upper management.
  • At least 2 years previous employment reference history.
  • It would be beneficial to have payroll experience.
