Salary: £17,000-£18,000

Due to significant expansion and increased business in the UK, an opportunity has arisen to work for a leading international VAT company based on the outskirts of Central London.

The Role

The Account Executive is the face of the company, dealing directly with clients on all matters of service and providing on-site audits where necessary.

Responsibilities

• Performing on-site services to clients throughout Europe – involving foreign VAT audit, invoice extraction and documentation signing.
• Following up with clients on all matters of service – including providing reports, dealing with queries and requesting supporting documentation where necessary.
• In-office administration and processing of claims.
• Communicating directly with the client via both telephone and email contact to discuss all service related matters.
• Working with the processing centre to facilitate a smooth claim submissions process, including providing all necessary documentation on time, following up with queries and additional requests for information.
• Dealing with all ad hoc queries from clients and the processing centre

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree Qualified – Finance/ Business/ Mathematics/ Law
• Understanding of VAT / TAX
• Strong communication and written skill
• Experience working within a client liaison/financial admin position advantageous
