We have an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious recent IT Graduate or 1st Line Support Engineer with at least 6 – 12 mths experience working in a fast paced environment. My clients are looking for someone with ambition to work on a busy support desk providing customer service and IT support, internal and external clients. . The ideal Support Technician will have 6mths to 12mths prior help desk support / experience with expertise in Windows operating systems (Windows XP, 7, 8) and server technologies (Windows Server, Exchange, Active Directory), Studying towards MCITP, VCP. CCNA or any other relevant certifications is definitely a plus. Exposure to Citrix is very desirable.
This role is suitable for a recent IT graduate or someone with a minimum of 6-12mths experience in Customer service/IT support
AS a 1st line support person you be charged with Carrying out 1st or some 2nd line duties as received by the IT Service Desk and other methods .. I am looking for someone who has strong Customer service/focus background. The ideal candidate must be capable of using their own discretion in identifying and resolving problems and assignments. The ideal candidate will be able to determine when problems should be escalated to a higher level. I am looking for candidates with a burning desire to succeed, and are passionate about IT support.
