Accounts Payable Manager

Experienced Accounts Payable Manager required for a very popular and established retail brand in Central London.

Radley Green Finance and Accounting are recruiting a permanent AP Manager role. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced manager of Accounts Payable to team up with an exciting and recognised retail brand within a stable role.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:

• Full responsibility for the Accounts Payable functions and processes
• Managing a team of eight (responsibility for the team and handling all relevant queries)
• Leading projects for the development of new purchasing workflows
• Full control of supplier reconciliations & payment runs
• Day to day negotiation on deals with major suppliers and payment terms
• Maintenance and review of daily AP process, systems, team and controls.
• Producing approved KPI’s monthly in accordance with Accounts Payable volumes and values
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by Financial Controller.

Requirements/ Skills & Experience:

Previous retail experience is essential

• Experience in a Managerial Accounts Payable role is needed
• Ability to manage large scale projects with confidence
• Ability and experience reviewing systems and processes
• Strong systems/ ERP experience

This role will pay between £42K £48K and is to interview as soon as possible.
