The opportunity available is to be directly involved in the recruitment of Building Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers acting for a number of clients which include; global and regional property and construction consultancies, property companies, developers, corporates, funds, investment managers, retailers, charities and public sector organisations.

Due to further expansion of the Technical team, my client is now looking for another recruitment consultant to join the London team based at offices in Central London.

The Role

• Managing and services a busy and warm desl
• Account Management of clients and candidates
• Sourcing, arranging interviews, placing candidates
• Business Development and Lead Generation

Ideal candidates & Experience

• Will have a proven background in recruitment and have performed the full life cycle recruitment process
• Be able to build on existing relationships as well as develop new ones.
• Attention to detail,
• Target Driven
• Consultative
• Experience within the property sector will be a big advantage but is not essential
