Installations & Contracts Administrator / Coordinator

Trueform Group, a leading designer , manufacturer, installer and maintainer of street furniture is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to assist in busy civils/ street works Department.

An integral part of the Installations team, you will be responsible for the coordination of the permitting system and processes, assisting with Traffic Management Plan proposals and assisting with works programming and scheduling.

The Ideal candidate will be self-motivated, highly organised with excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a similar role within a similar construction, civils / street works environment is advantageous.

The candidate must be able to work to tight deadlines demonstrating excellent time management skills as well as being fully conversant with all Microsoft office packages.
