Role: SEN Teacher (1-1 work)
Trust: A Secondary School part of The Redhill Academy Trust
Pay: NQT – M6
Contract Type: Monday – Friday (AMs only, finishing at 1pm)
Start Date: ASAP
The Supply Register are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with The Redhill Academy Trust for all supply requirements.
We have an excellent opportunity for a qualified and experienced SEN Teacher to work on a 1-1 basis with a student with additional needs.
The ideal candidate will be innovative, passionate and experienced in working with SEN students.
As a 1-1 specialist, you should build a positive working relationship with the student and communicate effectively with other staff membets and the parents/carers.
Although this is a temporary role, it is ongoing and is a fantastic opportunity to join a Secondary School in a 1-1 teaching role.
Essential Requirements:
- QTS
- Experience working with SEN students
- Ability to plan & prepare 1-1 sessions
- Able to engage student and support with emotional well-being
- Proven track record of obtaining positive student outcomes
- Experience working with the same or a similar age group
