Administrative Assistant
£15k salary + bonus + benefits

The role
This new role has been created to offer varied administration support to a small but busy team. The successful job-holder will help the team operate efficiently and achieve their outputs through supporting their workload.

Key responsibilities include:
* Monitor and manage the main property e-mail inbox
* Take responsibility for document management within the team – both electronic and hard copy – maintaining files and an efficient filing system
* Assist in the management of internal and external meetings and team events
* Co-ordinate mail merges and the preparation of enclosures
* Provide wider admin support to the finance and property teams including purchase orders and invoices, updating property management software and spreadsheets, and performing credit checks on potential and existing property tenants

About you
This would suit someone who is happy to provide consistent admin support including some tasks that are fairly repetitive. It could be a first step for someone keen to establish themselves in an administrative role, or for someone wanting the stability of working for a successful company.
Key skills required are an organised approach, a very good knowledge of English language, and team working. Being IT literate, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint is important, as is being able to work well under pressure, maintaining attention to detail. Full training will be provided.
