We have an exciting new opportunity for an Account Executive/Manager to join an award-winning small business in Clitheroe. You will be working alongside a small and vibrant team working with a range of B2B & B2C clients based both locally and nationally.
Account Management is all about Business Development and looking after your clients, offering an excellent service, promoting sales as well as managing expectations, conflicts and support.
Developing a close relationship with your clients is paramount and will include responding to quote requests and creatively advising customers in order to provide product solutions. To grow the business you will also be proactively contacting new and existing customers via phone, e-mail or face to face throughout the year to ensure you are kept up to date with their requirements and build rapport as well as Up selling other products where necessary.
You will also be liaising with sales support to ensure orders are delivered on time to customers in addition to managing any conflict with clients. i.e. incorrect items or undelivered goods and maintain good relationships with suppliers
In return expect a friendly atmosphere where your input will have a direct impact on the ongoing growth and success of the business. Full product training will be provided on site, although we are looking for someone to ‘hit the ground running’ in terms of their relationship building and communication ability.
Our lovely client offers a Salary of £26,000 per year DOE. Working Hours are 8.30am – 5.00pm Monday – Friday (40 hour week) Holidays: 20 days per annum plus stats (increasing by x1 extra day’s holiday per year for the 1st 5 years)
