1st and 2nd Line Support, Windows 7, MS Office, Blackberry, Active Directory, Helpdesk, Remote Support, Minimum of 2 years IT Support experience.
Please note that you will be working a shift pattern that runs from 7am to 11pm that will include evening and weekends.
My client is an exciting dynamic and fast paced IT Managed Services company that specialises in the financial sector. Due to continued growth they now require a 1st and 2nd Line IT Support Engineer.
Your day to day duties will include call resolution, telephone, email and remote support.
The ideal candidate will be capable of interacting with clients at a very high level, as well as being technically competent and highly motivated. Our multi-cultural team prides itself in providing extremely high levels of support within a very busy financial sector.
You should have a minimum of 2 years 1st/2nd line support experience in a very fast paced environment.
