Accounts Assistant- Hospitality Industry- Maternity Cover (9-12 months)

My client, who operates in over 40 countries around the world with over 70,000 employees, is looking for an Interim Account Assistant to cover a maternity contract for 9-12 months. This role is absolutely ideal for someone who is kick starting their career whilst studying to be fully qualified.

Key Responsibilities:

– Managing all Accounts Payable

– Managing all reconciliations (Including petty cash and expenses)

– Managing all month end journals

– Establish and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers

Key Requirements:

– Ideally you will be part CIMA or ACCA qualified.

– Extremely motivated, self-starter

– Previous experience with Sage2000 would be extremely advantageous

– Someone who thrives in a high volume environment

– Excellent communication skills
