1st/2nd Line Support – Windows 7/MS Office/Active Directory
My client is looking for a reliable 1st/2nd line support analyst to work in their London based office. You will be supporting national users on issues with Windows 7, MS Office 2010 and also using Active Directory. Previous experience supporting heavy Windows / Microsoft environments with multiple sites is highly beneficial. You will be required to support desktop hardware and any experience or exposure to Exchange 2010 is an advantage.
