Do you have proven experience in managing large teams in a large out of town site or are you a Store Manager of a smaller unit looking for a move to a larger superstore environment. If so we
would love to hear from you. You will have experience handling a high volume of stock and large product ranges with a good record of maximising retail profits in a customer-focused environment.
You’ll help lead the team – motivating them to achieve high standards in sales promotion, customer service and cost control. As well as overseeing safety, security and shrinkage, you will also be involved in recruitment and ordering. From monitoring stock to training staff, you’ll need
a good record of maximizing retail profits in a customer-focused environment.
With excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a small team, your work experience will have made you commercially aware and ready to take the initiative. There’s plenty in return.
