Assistant Accountant (25-30k) Advertising- Full Study

A vibrant Advertising Agency seeks a personable and intelligent individual looking for an challenging role in a fun and buzzing environment.

You will be working alongside the Financial Controller within the Finance Department. This is a permanent position.

Full study support will be provided.

The Role:

• Full ownership of the Purchase and Sales Ledger

• Compiling all credit cards, staff and directors expenses

• Assisting/Preparation of VAT returns

• Analysing WIP on a day to day basis as well as working the monthly WIP

• Assisting with quarterly/full year Statutory Accounts

• Assisting the Financial controller with monthly/quarterly management accounts

• Weekly back runs and cash flow management

The Person:

Proactive, organised and approachable

An outgoing individual with a professional approach to work

Preferably Part Qualified or a Studier

A solid understanding of accounting and handling financial transactions

Experience of working in the creative industry would be advantageous
