Desktop Support analyst needed for this enterprise size professional organisation based in their Bromley head office. Working as part of a team of three reporting to a technical team leader the role will involve providing 2nd Line / Desktop IT support, acting as a point of escalation and a buffer between the service desk and third line support teams. As well as this it is the chance to get involved in project work.

The right person will have a good mix of:

  • ITIL V3 Foundation working practices.
  • Knowledge of Citrix technology and thin client technology.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows Environments.
  • Knowledge of mobile devices and management tools.
  • Understanding of telephony and video conferencing.
