We are seeking an ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT to work within our busy Licensing Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking, organised, bright and ambitious individual able to manage a busy and varied workload with the determination to succeed and work their way up within a passionate, leading edge design company that is constantly evolving.

You will need to be computer literate and numerate, having achieved top grades in your education, and will ideally be educated to graduate level. Attention to detail and communication skills are essential, as is a friendly nature, a willingness to be supportive, and a desire to learn and progress. Your role will be to assist with day to day administration and office duties, as well as assisting with many varied projects encompassing marketing, accounts, sales and liaising with company vendors for all facilities issues which will include the negotiation and purchasing of supplies and equipment.

– achieved top grades in GCSE and A levels

– the skills required to be self-motivational

*Interest or experience in Art, Fashion, Interior Design advantageous.
