Account Director
Our client is an exceptionally well established TFM provider looking to hire an Account Director to manage a prestigious contract worth c. £12M with a well-known, blue-chip brand. The role will cover the management of key stakeholders involved across the contract from a client, internal and 3rd party perspectives across a number of sites across the UK (predominantly covering the South and London HQ.
You will have prior experience of managing client service delivery in an FM environment, whether that be from a Soft, Hard, Bundled/Integrated or TFM offering. Ideally you have multisite delivery experience and have prior experience of managing a multi-million pound portfolio. The business presently has a UK turnover close to £96M in their TFM division
Key responsibilities include:
– The development of stakeholder relationships
– Close monitoring of service provision in line with SLAs
– P&L responsibility for contract
You will play a key role within the organisation relating to both the growth of the company’s reputation and service lines.
Candidates with prior client facing experience in a Soft, Hard, Bundled/Integrated or TFM environment as an account Director, Operations Director, Head of Account Management, Business Development Director, Bid Director, Operations Manager or Relationship Manager are encouraged to apply. Experience working in a Facilities Management environment would be a desirable asset.
Salary – £96K – £114K basic + benefits
