Due to continued expansion my client requires an additional 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Technician to join their team.
The company is a long established and highly successful IT Support and Services provider to businesses in London and Essex.
Your role will be to provide 1st and 2nd line technical support via telephone, email, remote access and site visits.
To be successful in this role you will need:
1 year experience
Driving licence
Good understanding of Microsoft Operating Systems
Good understanding of Network Protocols
Cisco
