The Role – Account Executive
Client based – 19 miles from Kings Cross
The Account Executive takes responsibility for managing the daily processing and administration of the account (this could include Local Marketing / advertising / POS / outdoor / online/ digital and print). They track and monitor timelines and subsequently plan work on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Through the accurate capturing of job and brief information and data, the Account Executive ensures that data capture across all streams is accurate and up to date. The post holder liaises with the stakeholder on their brief. To this end, they are the key contact for all detail relating to the end-to-end briefing process.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
The Account Executive takes and interprets client briefs and liaises with the stakeholder to understand their requirements. As such, they work with the internal and external teams to ensure high-quality output for the delivery of the client brief. Throughout the process, the post holder provides feedback to the stakeholder and to the internal supply chain.
In addition, the Account Executive is responsible for obtaining relevant assets on behalf of the account for the team to complete their tasks. They work with internal management reporting systems to produce recharge reports, and assist with development and client presentations. Finally, the Account Executive provides general support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Liaising with the stakeholder on the various facets of their briefs
• Accurately capturing job / brief information and data and ensuring that data capture across all streams is accurate and up to date
• Liaising with the relevant MPC functions
• Key contact for all detail relating to the end-to-end briefing process
• Responsibility for managing the daily processing and administration of the accounts
• Tracking and monitoring timelines
• Planning work on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for team members
• Responsibility for quality control for the delivery of the client brief
• Offering feedback to the stakeholder and to the internal supply chain
• Obtaining / downloading the relevant assets on behalf of the account for the team to complete their tasks
• Coordinating meetings
• Tracking time through MIS to ensure that timesheets are accurate

• Ability to balance priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and to meet tight deadlines
Experience Required
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a retail, publishing or print / account management /agency environment
• Previous work across various media channels (including advertising / POS / outdoor / online/ digital and print)
