2nd Line Technical Support analyst needed for this ambitious IT Group with significant scope for growth based in their Plymouth Office.

This is a hand’s on role so would suit someone who has a strong technical background with excellent customer facing skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for site work in the Plymouth area and will need to be flexible on travel arrangements. The ability to prioritise and escalate work as appropriate is essential. The ability to work under strict SLA’s for availability and service is also essential.

Essential Qualities we are seeking…

* Flexible approach to work and able to work with rest of team under tight deadlines
* Excellent customer care skills with a good phone manner
* 2 Year minimum experience of supporting MS Server 20xx Active Directory based systems
* 2 Year minimum experience of supporting MS Exchange
* Full clean driving licence and own car

Desirable Skills

* Experience of supporting multiple companies
* A good knowledge of either VMware or networks
* Experience of supporting Virtual Desktops & cloud infrastructure
