This is a permanent role paying between £45,600 to £48,000 per annum.
Core duties:
Demonstrate excellent communication, liaison and collaboration with the Education & Training (ET) management team and colleagues.
Develop and maintain a rolling annual resource plan to meet delivery requirements for Education and Training (ET) products and services.
Liaise with all members of the ET Management Team to confirm detailed programme and resource requirements for global education, bespoke and commercial training activities.
Undertake bi-annual student progression analysis to inform Professional Qualification/AAT course provision requirements in UK.
Liaise with Head of Delivery, UK and International to ensure that appropriate resources are made available for all planned and pipeline activities.
In conjunction with Head of Delivery, UK and International develop and maintain records of trainers (both employees and associates) skills profiles/subject specialisms.
Ensure that associates contracts are drawn up and issued in line with agreed procedures and effective systems are in place for monitoring and reporting on existing/future spend.
Undertake formal annual timetabling of face to face/online training and communicate scheduling of courses to tutors, associates and all other internal and external stakeholders.
Liaise with Customer Service team to ensure appropriate training venues are sourced and courses/events/products are set up on CRM system for booking/invoicing purposes.
Devise and maintain a robust and flexible timesheet system for recording daily staff activities. Monitor completion rates and provide monthly/quarterly analysis reports to inform business and resource plan requirements.
Co-ordinate the production of annual business plan(s) for Education and Training including the preparation and maintenance of profiled expenditure and income budgets.
Manage income and expenditure budgets to meet monthly/quarterly reporting requirements
In conjunction with the Customer Service and Education and Membership teams, support the technical delivery of on-line/blended learning activities including the use of CITRIX and e-assessment.
Proactively develop and maintain effective working relationships with other colleagues and stakeholders, across the Group, to ensure that existing and emerging requirements for training/delivery resources are factored into current and future resource plans. In particular, act as key liaison with the Education and Membership Team.
Act as lead contact with IT/New Media to develop and maintain reporting systems that provide key management information relating to delegate/student number targets and online access for students/employers.
Manage direct reporting staff, setting objectives, monitoring performance and encouraging personal development. Ensure all staff have personal development plans in place.
Essential requirements:
Scheduling and planning education and training programmes/activities
Proven experience of management role in an educational/training environment
Significant financial and budgetary management
