Building Surveyor

Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for a housing association for a Building Surveyor on a temporary basis. They are looking for someone to start immediately and are ideally looking for someone with a current DBS/CRB check.

The successful candidate will be required to:
– Carry out surveys of the housing associations properties as appropriate within a defined area
– Ensure surveys are compliant with legislative requirement and best practises
– Undertake pre & post inspections of work
– Carry out surveys and stock condition inspections as required

The successful candidate must possess:
– A graduate qualification in Building studies or equivalent experience/qualification
– Previous experience of using Microsoft Excel and be computer literate
– Knowledge of building construction and best practice
– A DBS check
– A current driving license with access to a vehicle
